Details about your paycheck

Get paid per class

The rate is calculated based on the number of 30-minute classes. With your 1 hour classes, you need to multiply with 2 then add in the 30-minute classes

Bonus Rate

Based on the number of classes you take, your bonus will increase along with it. 

Your rate

Your rate per class will be offered based on your abilities. The rate for a 30-minute class is between 40.000 - 100.000 VND.

How much you earn for each 30-minute class

100.000 VND

  • Have taught at least 30.000 classes at ET
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 8.0 with at least 8.0 for speaking
  • Can teach all kinds of classes at ET (Business English, IELTS, etc. - these classes have different rates)
  • Can teach demo classes
  • Have had 300 hours mentoring new teachers
  • Have joined at least 5 Curriculum Development Projects at ET
  • Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork

90.000 VND

  • Have taught at least 20.000 classes at ET
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 8.0 with at least 8.0 for speaking
  • Can teach all kinds of classes at ET (Business English, IELTS, etc. - these classes have different rates)
  • Have had 300 hours mentoring new teachers
  • Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork

80.000 VND

  • Have taught at least 10.000 classes at ET
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 8.0 with at least 8.0 for speaking
  • Can teach 4 levels at ET
  • Can teach demo classes
  • Qualified to teach IELTS (IELTS classes have a different rate)
  • Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork

70.000 VND

  • Have taught at least 5.000 classes at ET
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 8.0 with at least 8.0 for speaking
  • Can teach 4 levels at ET
  • Can teach demo classes
  • Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork

60.000 VND

  • Have taught at least 1.800 classes at ET
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 7.5 with at least 7.5 for speaking
  • Can teach at least 3 levels at ET (including Pre-inter)
  • Can teach demo classes
  • Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork

50.000 VND

  • Have taught at least 1.800 classes at ET
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 7.0 with at least 7.0 for speaking
  • Can teach at least 3 levels at ET
  • Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork
  • Have passed the demo class
  • Have an IELTS score of at least 7.0 with at least 7.0 for speaking
  • Commit to investing a lot of time & effort in our intensive teacher training
  • - Receive good feedback from Teacher Team Leader for teaching skills, customer service & teamwork

A note for you

  • All the information in this website will be updated based on the company policy in different time periods.
  • However, it WON'T change during the time of your definite contract and WON'T change in at least 1 year if you have an indefinite contract
